Résumé :RESUMENEl presente artículo aborda el fenómeno del incesto haciendo énfasis en las diferentes implicaciones que toca dentro de las ciencias sociales y biológicas, cuestiones previas necesarias para la cristalización de expresiones psicológicas, médicas, culturales y sociales que deben considerarse para elaborar una regulación jurídica con eficacia real. Se hace un breve recorrido por las corrientes más relevantes que han analizado el tema en el Siglo XX.Palabras clave: Incesto. Derecho. Ciencias Sociales. ABSTRACTThis article addresses the phenomenon of incest by emphasizing the different implications of social and biological sciences, which are necessary for the crystallization of psychological, medical, cultural and social expressions that must be considered in order to elaborate a legal regulation with real effectiveness.
